Mind Body Visit

During a Mind Body visit with Dr. Alli Svobodny, ND, patients can expect a distinctive and individualized form of naturopathic medicine to identify and clear emotional, mental, spiritual and energetic underpinnings of dis-ease, teaching patient to tune into their inner guidance/inner knowing so they feel empowered in their healing, creating more sustained healing, recalibrating nervous system and energy systems. Treatment may include craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, Reiki, counseling, somatoemotional work, intuitive insights, teaching skills, coaching, breathwork and/or guided meditation.

 Ideal patient:

o Symptoms of chronic stress, anxiety, depression, overwhelm, emotional numbness, insomnia, chaotic thinking, difficulty with decision-making, feeling unsupported or alone, feeling drawn to working on a deeper level with symptoms, in a time of transition or big life change, or any stress-related physical illness (example: migraine/headaches, jaw or muscular tension, hypertension, digestive distress, hormonal imbalance or changes that are difficult like perimenopause).

The session begins with a detailed discussion about your medical history, lifestyle, and any specific symptoms or concerns you may have, such as headaches, stress, or tension-related issues.

During the treatment, Dr. Threasa Andrys, ND or Dr. Alli Svobodny, ND, will use light touch to evaluate the rhythm and mobility of the craniosacral system. She will identify any areas of tension or restrictions that may be disrupting the flow of cerebrospinal fluid.
